 2002 Phenomenal Women Awards Karen Wolford Honored Karen Wolfred is the Clerk of Courts for the Ketchikan Court system, and despite a heavy workload, she is always cheerful and respectful of the public she serves. Karen always takes time to help others and has been a mentor to many new and young staff over the years. Karen was unable to attend the Phenomenal Women Awards event.
