Esperanza Redelfs Honored

 

Esperanza Redelfs
Esperanza Redelfs came to the United States on her own as a young woman from El Salvador. She sought a college education and to serve in her church. She obtained a college degree and went on to achieve a master's degree in Social Service.

Her volunteer work with her church has taken her all over the world. After living and serving in many rural communities in the bush of Alaska, Esperanza has spent the last 17 years in Ketchikan as Director of Social Services at the Ketchikan Indian Community Tribal Health Clinic.

She is the mother of three children.
