In recognition and to honor our nation's Veterans and in celebration of our great country and the freedoms we enjoy, Sitnews is sponsoring an essay contest.

Essays are to reflect upon one of these two topics:

Basic Information:

Adult (19 - 100+) - Winner will receive $100.00
Essay must be 700 to 1400 words in length.

High School - Winner will receive $75.00
Essay must be 500 to 1000 words in length

Middle School- Winner will receive $50.00
Essay must be 500 to 1000 words in length

Elementary School:

3rd -6th Grade - Winner will receive $25.00
Essay must be 300 to 500 words in length

K - 2nd Grade - Winner will receive $25.00
Essay must be 50 to 300 words in length
