KIC Sponsoring Career Development Facilitator Training

Ketchikan Indian Community Employment and Training is sponsoring a Career
Development Facilitator Training.

Certified Career Development Facilitators are individuals who work in Career Resource Centers, Welfare to Work programs, Workforce Investment Act programs, Employment Services, One Stop Career Centers, Schools and School-to-Work Programs, Vocational Rehabilitation Programs and Employee Assistance Programs. Employers are looking for assurance that their workers have the skills and knowledge to do their jobs.

The CDF training program has been endorsed by numerous professional organizations including the National Career Development Association, the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, the American Counseling Association, the National Board for Certified Counselors, the National Employment Counselors Association, and
the National Occupational Information Coordination Committee

Training dates are:

March 4,5,6

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

April 8,9,10

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

May 13,14,15

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

June 10, 11, 12

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
